Hammered Hat Bar

Come create a beautiful personalized hat with us! Choose from a variety of embellishments and specialty items to make your hat uniquely you!  Burning stations will be available to add designs right into your brim.  

Hat embellishments are done on a points system.  Included with the price of your hat, is 20 points to spend on all of the extras.  Embellishment options include ribbon, leather bands, playing cards, pompas, feathers, flowers, charms, brim burning, matchbooks, and so much more!   

2 options for the Hat Bar: 

  • Bring Your Own Hat - Please note, that hat burning will not be allowed on hats not provided by Hammer & Stain.  
  • Designer Hat - You will be able to choose from several different styles, sizes and colors on site.  Including our specialty heart topped hat - available only through Hammer & Stain.  
                       

HOW TO REGISTER:  

  1. Input your email in the designated box (for confirmation email only)
  2. Choose Bring your own hat or Designer Hat provided by Hammer & Stain
  3. Agree to order terms.
  4. Proceed with the checkout by clicking "Add to Card" and get set for fabulousness and fun. 

We will be set up at the Hoe Down, and all you need to do is check in with the Hammer & Stain attendant and let them know you are pre-registered.

Pre-Registration will close on Wednesday, March 12th. 
On site registration will be available for $42.00/$72.00.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
