Join Hammer & Stain Madison and Cottage Grove Parks and Rec at BB Jacks in Cottage Grove for a couples night of fun, food, and artistry.  Come early to order some food and beverages - both are welcome during our workshop.  At the workshop, we will be making a pair of signs.  Choose from the many options below - OR - if you have a personal two piece saying that you would like to do, choose the personal option from the pull down. 

Each wood sign is 12"x12" and comes with a frame.  Each registration come with a pair of signs - choose from the options to the left.  You will be able to further personalize your signs with your choice of stain and paint colors at the workshop.

 

 

HOW TO REGISTER: 

  1. Choose your project design from the design options pulldown menu. 
  2. If you choose the PERSONAL OPTION, in the personalization/Comments box, enter the personalized saying - along with any needed notes - to prepare your stencil.
  3. Agree to design choice and terms.
  4. Proceed with the checkout and get set for fun and creativity.

Customization Guidelines --- Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can *generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a completely new design are considered custom and must be submitted VIA EMAIL (hammerandstainmadison@gmail.com) at least 5 days prior to your event.  If approved, a customization fee of $25 will be applied.

This is a wood project --- Although we select and prep the wood with care, your project will have cracks, chips, knots, and other blemishes that are NATURAL and give your project unique character.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
