Customize your project with your choice of stain & paint colors in our studio!
  • Small Home Shutter - (please provide last name and established year) - measures 30"x7" and includes cotton wreath. 
  • Large Home Shutter - (please provide last name and established year) - measures 48"x16" and includes cotton wreath.
  • Shiplap Wreath Sign - (please provide last name and established year) - measures 22"x24" and includes moss wreath.
  • Small JOY Shutter - (please provide last name and established year) - measures 24"x7" and includes moss wreath
  • Welcome Plank - measures 4 ft or 6 ft tall
  • Scrabble Tiles w/ tray - Includes up to 6 tiles (additional tiles extra)
  • Large Framed Sign - measures 36x24
  • 18" Wood Round Sign
  • Noodleboard Tray - Covers standard glass/ceramic cooktop

This registration will allow for one adult to make a project and is required to attend the event. Registration will close 48 hours before event in order to design and prepare projects.

*HS Madison is a licensed paint and sip studio with adult beverages available to purchase onsite. You may bring snacks/food you'd like. Event will run about 2 hours. 

HOW TO REGISTER (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

1. Choose your project by clicking on the picture. Make sure that the picture and the drop-down menu show the same project. 

2. ONLY if the design shows personalization such as last name/initial/established year, etc. please put in the personalization box.

    3.  Accept terms by checking box. Proceed with checkout.

    *Simple substitutions of words within the shown design and layout can generally be made at no additional charge. However, significant changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved and submitted at least 7 days prior to your event. If approved, a customization fee of $25 will apply.

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
